The Diffusion CD is a very powerful new tool for stress relief and healing. It utilizes a very specific combination of unique tones produced by crystal bowls to relax the mind and create mental clarity. It also diffuses the charge held by unresolved feelings and emotions, and helps to eliminate everyday tension in the body and induce healing at all levels. The CD contains tones (not music) on a single track that is approximately 47 minutes long, and from start to finish is designed to rebalance the whole body.
Click on the icon to listen to a short clip of the recording. Use stereo headphones and adjust volume to a comfortable level. As you listen gently breathe in and out through your nose in rhythm with the two repeating tones on the clip. Do not strain to listen to the tones — simply tune out and relax.
Important! The tones have to be experienced directly from the CD to minimize loss of frequencies. Conversion to MP3 or other lossy formats eliminates important higher overtones recorded on the CD.
